Sehwag

Trott
Tendulkar
Pietersen
Laxman
Dhoni
Broad (picked ahead of Patel, Kumar, Jimmy et all as Khan and Tremlett are both number 11 and you cant have three number 11)
Singh (400 test wickets speaks for itself and he offers more with the bat than Swann)
Tremlett (the most inform bowler on either side)
Khan (offers left arm variety and gets the nod over Jimmy)

You're just on a wind up now

Prior over Dhoni? FFS!

whats so good about Dhoni at test level. Prior has a better record than him as a batsmen with DHoni playing most of his home games on flat surfaces and prior is a better wicketkeeper imo

Wasn't really the point of my post ;-)

I agree with you, totally different in ODIs though

apart from carrying the hopes of a 1 billion nation on his back and taking his side to number one something which alluded Laxman, Sachin, Dravid etc

He is worth his place as skipper alone
