Who to say that? Only the selection committee and Captain. Even in winning team people play poo! and may need promoting or dropping.

Not being a whiney so and so! I'd much rather try and play my way into a winning team with awesome performances for the SMB this week (if picked for Sunday) than come into a team that's low on confidence and getting dicked every week. Only reason I haven't got my name down for this Saturday is work. If it was Rileys I'd play as the boss is cool about me being half and hour or so late if I've been playing cricket. Can't do that at the Empire where I'm working Saturday. If I put my name down and don't get picked its not the end of the world. The teams playing well, and Lee quite rightly doesn't want to make massive changes! Would also help if I hit the stumps from time to time when bowling!
