Oh and how any international side could drop Broad for fat boy Bresnan or the county trundler that is the Saffer Dernbach is an absolute disgrace.

Agreed. Bizarre decision in all honesty.

If Dernbach and Bresnan had been comfortably out bowling Broad then I could understand but they haven't; and Broad is a useful number 8 as well.
 
Dernbach is the one that should have been dropped to being in the 2nd spinner. His only variation, his slower ball, was sussed after about 2 games.
