lost tody to lintz we bowled them out for 197
unfortunately they bowled us out for 176
it was a league game, we beat bill quay a couple of weeks ago does that mean we play you?
we have a cup game at shottley bridge tomorrow

Get Brian the captain out and his lad and you will piss it. Good luck

what were lintz like, we play them in a couple of weeks.

very young lots of 14/16 year olds. one older fella about 50ish scored 102. two opening bowlers are quite good. then they bowled the kids mostly spin (had a canny little leg spinner cos he got me out) key to them would be to get the fella who came in at 3 out... they were very good in the field

Can't decide what the best moment of today was....

Ed nearly bringing down their expensive netting system after being harpooned on the boundary going for a catch

Their bowler not running Ed out despite the fact he was stood over the bails with the ball in his hand and Ed was on his knees eight yards short. Hoyed it to the wicky for no reason Phil dived in and the partnership rolled on.

Rob in complete bastard mode screaming at Jack to put some effort in with his running despite the fact he had a mouthful of dust after running full pelt diving headfirst to complete a suicide second run :-D

But Pete's edge for four does it like!

What about:

my caught and bowled? (hand bruised and still sore)
getting hit on the head when running a second? (head bruised and still sore)

One of their young'uns getting hit in the gentleman's sausage area? (always make me chuckle)

The frustration on Rob's face as each ball passed the edge of the bat and those that got edged just fell short.

My favourite was Craig getting the captain a telling off for fecking and abusive language.

You available to play anytime soon mate?

Probs weekend after next.
I have a meeting in St. Helens next Monday so that's why I cant play next week.
Anyway, doesnt look like I'd get in if you're knocking off 200 odd
