it might be sunny, but the track will have moisture on the surface

burned off now surely after an hour.

ward was on the pitch earlier and the groundsman told him, it is hardening as the game progresses

154 for 3

Not a fan of cook in the slips

Dinnar why like  got absolutely nothing to base that opinion on

He's an excellent fielder and catcher in particular, I think we are perhaps just remembering Colly

Big season for Broad this, need to finally look like becoming a match winning bowler, or at least start to be more consistent. I don't think his place is under pressure, although it probably should be with the improvement of Bresnan and emergence of Shahzad and Finn.

and neither should it be. Is head and shoulders are best cricketer and the best we have produced for 20 years

Agreed he'll end up with figures like flintoff

That top 10 bowling list is shit like ha

I rate him, but that's highly arguable

I think he's everything in his locker to be a top cricketer, but at test level his improvement in the last 2 years has been very slight. Too often, he doesn't look dangerous and leaks run.

At ODI level he's our best bowler.

He consistently seems to be our most expensive bowler in tests. That's fine when he gets wickets but when he doesn't it's very costly

who was the last bowler to score a 100 for England

class performer who when you really need a performance in a winner takes all scneario he delivers

He's proved a couple of times he can bowl match winning spells, he has been anything but consistent at test level though. Can't criticise him at ODI level, he's very good and has the best variations, at test level he's got work to do.
