Following on from our article a month ago, much criticism of the club on our message boards and a period of campaigning by the various fans groups it is great to see that the club have taken notice and responded by recruiting additional staff and expanding the opening hours of both the ticket office and the club shop and are also looking at further solutions both in the community and online so that they can be contacted.
From next Monday 22nd August, the ticket office will be open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday and will also be open before kick-off on home matchdays.
From Monday 5th September, the Club Shop will be open 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday.
In the longer term, the club intend to combine the ticket office and clubs shop into one location with the new opening hours preserved.
We understand that both the ticket office and club shop will remain cashless and only accept card payments.
