What do you do to kick back/relax/chill?

Odd as it's the opposite to relaxing but to clear my mind and get the feeling of relaxation it's always exercise for me, run / strength training whenever I've an empty day or evening.
 
When I actually feel i need to unwind I go in the bath with an audio book about some Buddhist shit on mindfulness and compassion, hits the spot every time come out like a squeaky clean Zen master . Other than that , drink tea watch telly , come in here of lark about on champ man.
