Ignore the score. Frustrating, disappointed, hard done by. Yep.

But if we play like this we will win more then we lose this season. Dont think they were in our box more then 2 or 3 times. Not once after the goal.

Bad start on paper but anyone who watched that would say we were all over them. Love to see the stats.

fulhams style is to give up possession away from home and hope for a chance or two

theyve done exactly what they came to do

we have failed to break them down . its not a battering by any stretch of the imagination

Yup. They did exactly the same thing last season.

We have barely tested them. As tidy as we were early on, they've let us have the lions share of possession and got tight in the last third and barring the odd occasion denied us any space at the back and time in their box. Job done for them, a worry were our goals are coming from.

Same problem as last season in a way, can't score goals. We played well, but we were not playing much, they were shit and we should be winning games likes these.

Larson was very poor the middle so it makes sense why we need a new play makers.

But most of all today, it proved how much we miss Fletcher, we need a goal scorer who will finish it off when it gets into the penalty area as Sess is definitely not that player. In fact I can see him going after today.

Agree with you mate. The bedwetters will be out in force though

Think the finishing (or lack there of) is concerning...

also balls in the air in final third... simply too lax on challenging for them.. Hangeland will get his, but they owned the air across the line.

I hope he fucks off

We looked good in the first half, but we weren't patient enough. Didn't really know how to break them down when they had everyone back, conceding the goal was crucial. And if you take the chances you do get, you'll never win. Ji, Altidore, all those crosses...there were opportunities.

No we didn't. Fulham came with a game plan and executed it perfectly. We created very little in the way of clear opportunities. Oh and I do wish O'Shea would get to fuck trying long balls all the time. I don't think he has ever completed one.

Only Ji had a decent chance all game, we just looked to shoot from outside the box all game, Fulham looked comfortable and came and did exactly what they wanted to.

First half aye. We faded badly and in the end it was a fair result

You looked good, the passing looked slick and you put together some nice moves but the stats are a bit flattering, the majority of your chances were 25 yard pot shots that were never going in.

Through all of the Di Canio bluster the problems seemingly remain the same, you are unable to convert chances into goals and you still despite all new signings lack quality.
