Too tired to work out

I'd start lower. That is a moderate dose used in research, but I'd start well below that and see if you get anything from it. Put it this way, we had a guy who weighed 106kg on 5mg/kg not long back.
Haway mate. Should I have an expresso or should I start injecting caffeine into my eyeballs
 


im struggling big time at the minute. Just been asleep on the couch and now I still feel like I have no energy. Any tips to give myself a boost to get workout done? Pre workout? Caffeine?
This. Pre-workout is a gamechanger

You can get away with a lot more than most think.
Neigh on yer. There's 275mg in my pre-workout and took a 200mg tablet with it. Didn't want to push it by taking two tablets but reckon I could now. Caffeine doesn't hit me too hard, never had jitters or anything
