Too tired after work to train

i always feel knackered after work but my gym is practically next door so i don't have an excuse :lol:

I find as soon as I start the warm-up im alright and knowing this helps me drag myself there.
 


Dont go home first after work - take your gym gear to work with you and go straight to the gym and get changed there.
Have a strong coffee about 30 mins before leaving work.
This is it like take it as time at work if I come home and sit down there us no chance I will go
