I concur. Retail and ticketing are a huge commercial part of the club and he’s turned them into a bin fire. Worse than Donald and co in that sense.

We didn’t seem to have as much of an issue with shirt sales and ticketing when the Madrox lot were here though?

To be fair to Donald his idea of merging the ticket office and the club shop was a great idea and something that the club should have done years ago. Would have meant increased merchandise revenue and allowed the club shop / ticket office to be open more.

They were on about doing it 2 years ago as well and still done nout about it. Ticketing, as shown today, is still shite and they had to back out of a kit supplier deal 3 days after it was announced.

He does oversee the ticket office and the contract with ticketMaster who we have blamed

The same ticket master has no issues when big events go on sale at boxing/ music etc

Mate the list of things the club haven't done and is freely available in the RAWA meeting minutes is as long as your arm.
