In playing terms, the gap is much bigger as what few senior players we have aren't playing. Of the four players we have who are over 25, three are injured and the fourth has just been suspended.

Leeds only a year older and doing well though- we need to now have a strategy to more or less keep the model but add experience in critical positions ( CM, CF and maybe GK) whilst moving in to the next level of youngsters been signed and affording chances for youngsters of our own.

They spent money on young quality players. And it's been a long term project. Even the coaches are suited to their style.
