The first 7 miles are without doubt the most dull you will ever run. The only thing to kept me going was some of the lasses running. There was one with the best arse I have ever seen

1:43 here according to my Strava, havent seen the official results though hope itll be a little quicker if anything as I started recording on Strava before I crossed the start line.

Was a pretty boring course like, almost a bit too flat and lacked any variation. Not complaining too much though as I scraped a PB out of it so happy days!!
