Just finished my induction. Form was class, obviously.

Finished with a bit conditioning which killed me like. Seems like a good place to train.
 
What did it feel like, this is like school when one of your mates gets smelly fingers. :lol:

So what was your lifts before you quit like a massive quitter?

Odd. Feels mental at lockout so you can't bottle it and lower it too slow or you'll not be getting everything you can. Felt fantastic for my shoulders and bicep though.
 
Just measured my torso and arms which show my torso is nearly 60% of my total height, no wonder i struggle with dreads over squats, any obvious advice, my arms are slightly long as well.
 
Just paused 5 plates. No wraps. Happy with that. Time to take my squat to the next level with Bulldog
 
Going to be interesting seeing how tomorrow's training goes. Benched with a sling on monday, paused heavy today and close grip bench tomorrow (had to bring forward from thursday for this week). Hopefully not too fucked
