I'm still hoping a Jill Scott / Joey Barton scrap of some sort can be arranged. It could only be fair to allow his criticism of female punditry to be challenged by duel.
And yes, Mel's doing a cracking job. So much so that my younger daughter is getting a bit excited about the Lasses prospects. She spent all but one of her first 18 years in Manchester and is wavering on choosing City as her women's team, so hoping she will see the light, and the Lasses in the WSL

In all seriousness though, it’s no stretch to think that WSL clubs will be lining her up. I mean, besides the great job Mel’s done with the lasses, she had higher league finishes than the likes of Mark Skinner when she was a manager in the top flight and he got the bloody Man United job!
