Not felt that shit after a football match for a good couple of years now.
Not a joyous 4 hour drive home to say the least.

As for the match...
Shocking ten minute spell that won them the game.
Two poor goals to concede & a stupid red card in their box ffs.
Granted their players milked it & made sure they got the young lad sent off but there was no need for him to go in high & late in the first place.
Woking had been the better side for the first half hour too - & then all goes to shit by half time.

It's the hope that kills you

Thought young Charlie was fouled in front of moaners before the ball came into the box. I missed the incident due to ball watching.

All 3 goals came from full back errors, were have l heard that before.

I called it to my lad as soon as it happened.
"That'll probably be a red, son"
(We were sat in the stand about twenty yards from it)

Quite possibly the third most disappointed I've ever been watching Woking since 1989 to be honest.
(Nee doubt the 300 mile drive home to follow was a factor)

Woking 1 Coventry 2 in 1997 in the FA Cup would be second.
The then Premier League side really did get lucky that night, both with their winning goal & the fact Huckerby should have been sent off earlier.

First would be Stevenage 4 Woking 0 in 1996 when the Conference title & promotion to the Football League was in sight & the worst horror film ever was scripted.
That bastard will never be bettered, I doubt.
