I did the weekly heroic strike a few times but only got strange coins the first time. Do u only get coin once a day?

You get a maximum of 9 per week (per character) if you do the hardest level.

3 coins for level 28.
3 coins for level 30.
3 coins for level 32.

If you do the level 32 first you get all 9 coins and that's it til Tuesday.
