The way I see it is. The next time there's a raid going, the ones that volunteered to step down last time, out of the kindness of their hearts I might add, even though they were part of the first six to get in the fireteam, should be in the next one. Some others need to dip out next time, in the interests of fair play and gadgie etiquette. Rotation system going on.
