Re done a murph on Tuesday = 30mins 27 secs. The mile run was 110 m short of a mile! Happy days!
 
Sprained my ankle yesterday, got a crossfit competition next week aswell. Going to have to have plenty of rice!
 
To late , been icing on and off all day. Doesn't seem as bad now I've been up and about all day, could hardly get down the stairs this morning!
 
Cracked on despite of some early morning stiffness.......and won!
