Sounds f***ing shit to be honest mateCherry Wheat Beer in Isis last night. Don’t usually like wheat beers that much, but blimey it’s a good one. Had far more than I was planning
I see it was by Elgoods. They are who Crossover partner with to brew their base beer as they've got a coolship. I've never actually seen an Elgoods beer anywhere before!Cherry Wheat Beer in Isis last night. Don’t usually like wheat beers that much, but blimey it’s a good one. Had far more than I was planning

Have you tried the nitrosurge? So, they were all a bit shit to be honest
Guinness draft, I’m all owa it. I’ll have a dozen tomorrow. Out if a can it’s pretty shite.
Nah, was going to invest in a surger tap thing a while ago then it was pointed out unless you’re drinking the same beer, you’d have to clean the line every time.Have you tried the nitrosurge?
was talking to Chris in there and he reckons that there wasn’t that much wheat in it, which explains why I enjoyed itI see it was by Elgoods. They are who Crossover partner with to brew their base beer as they've got a coolship. I've never actually seen an Elgoods beer anywhere before!
There’s a few cherry black wave in the fridges in the taproom I think. Some good uns, some bads uns for me. Really wasn't much of a fan of Vaux cherry black wave. Had a few tins out and about of the original over last couple of weeks. Does Vaux still do it in the taproom? Don't recall seeing it for ages yet the cans are popping up again in pubs (unless they are older stock that hasn't shifted yet - checked all best by dates and all were mid to late 2024).

I've found the £30 thing to be really decent. Way better than the standard draught cans anyway.Nah, was going to invest in a surger tap thing a while ago then it was pointed out unless you’re drinking the same beer, you’d have to clean the line every time.
If I’m drinking in the house, I tend to have a different one everytime.

I meant the original (that's class) not the cherry (that's not class).was talking to Chris in there and he reckons that there wasn’t that much wheat in it, which explains why I enjoyed it

I see canned London Black is on the way.
Yeah, think they have both in cans. Stormy Petrel is currently on keg too.

Not going to sell many cans of a 4% beer at that price...£3.45 a can so not competing with the 4 for a fiver supermarket lot
I’ll give it a bash, but won’t be stocking up for a session like. Not going to sell many cans of a 4% beer at that price...
