Colback away?

The club cant have it both ways, if they wanted Jack they should have tied him up with a contract that suited Jack way before now. Now he may well slip through the clubs fingers for nowt. All the clubs making imo.
Waiting to see what league the club would be in is sensible but you can pay a price for that and it looks like they could well pay that price not just with Jack but Seb too!
Very well said.

he doesn't, its utter bollocks to even suggest so. This consistent bollocks is a complete myth.

You are correct to some degree. By my personal ratings scheme i don't think Colback rates as a 7/10 every week. That is high by PL standards.
I'd say he rarely goes below a 5 and consistently hits a 6/10. Been a few 7's over the season though and the odd 8/10.

We haven't got many players capable of getting more than an 8/10, not by my scoring system/reckoning.

 Laughable

Jack is a solid, reliable player that hardly puts a foot wrong. Sure he isn't the most imaginative player in the world, but he performs his role well. He shields the back 4, rarely loses the ball and provides great energy. I bet he covers the most ground out of anyone in our team. It's up to the likes of Johnson and Borini to provide the magic in unlocking defences

He often is barely noticeable and doesn't effect the game defensively or offensively. I wish I could agree with you but unfortunately I think you're talking utter bollocks. Jack on his day is a fine player, when not at his best he is anonymous and contributes very little. Always an excuse for Jack though.

Long and short of it if he leaves we are another player short for next season.
there are not many of the currentsquad where i would say id be disappointed if they left , think Colback would be a good squad player for us but its looking unlikely , concerns are we bring in similar standards to last season and its adios next season
