The monitor is s HAAN-G HE225dpb.
My gpu is a MSI 280x

Tried another monitor to make sure it is the monitor and not your GPU?

Tried it, and I can't honestly say as it happens randomly, I can use it a week on one monitor and it'll be fine or wait a week on this monitor and it will be fine.
I have a spare I'll have a go
