Howay lad pockets a term used by us working class and they do keep it to spend quite rightly on our wonderful country.
I never implied they make my life difficult ?? I said they always think the worse and it was tongue in cheek , anyway I don't allow any unions into the workplace as they serve no purpose in the private sector and only slightly in the public sector

You actively block union membership amongst your employees or you do not allow unions to try and recruit on your premises?

I didn't even realise it was legal to prohibit your employees from joining a union.
