Northern Power grid went through a cable that's why, not the clubs fault.
Always just assumed it was a metaphor being used by media types. Didn't realise there was truth in it. Although there isn't much you can do about that.

Why not .I’ve seen this mentioned a few times. Surely this isn’t true? Sadly it wouldn’t come as a massive shock if it is.
Honestly what a bunch of utter charlatans we have running us.
Take the piss as much as you like but face facts the OP is not far off . The owner is a prick and we are getting took for a ride
Ever ready van just pulled up dropping off a box of torches, make of that what you willJust been past, the Generator has gone
Onwards and upwards
Yeah been there for a few months now.Is this still a problem? At the last home game I saw something set up in the car park with cables running into the stadium. Assumed it would have been fixed by now
Any idea when it’s expected to be sorted? I’ve noticed the club still are using the full floodlights when they can avoid itYeah been there for a few months now.
Is/ was it even a stadium problem or was it the cables coming into the sol?Any idea when it’s expected to be sorted? I’ve noticed the club still are using the full floodlights when they can avoid it
I thought they’d knackered the cables coming into the stadium while building the new bridge. I just thought that would have been sorted by nowIs/ was it even a stadium problem or was it the cables coming into the sol?
Mags probably keep stealing the copper mateI thought they’d knackered the cables coming into the stadium while building the new bridge. I just thought that would have been sorted by now
Depends how much work has to be done to repair the cable, may not have been a quick hole and rejoin, may have had to replace a whole stretch so expands the job massively. Not sure anyone has an idea where the fault was just been guesses so farI thought they’d knackered the cables coming into the stadium while building the new bridge. exact;y the owner getting pelters for this damages the credibility of good fans when they highlight the very real issues with how the club is runIt’s not our problem and we didn’t cause it. It’s completely out of the clubs hands
I was just shocked how long it’s taken to get fixedIt’s not our problem and we didn’t cause it. It’s completely out of the clubs hands
Northern Power cut through the supply, that Speakman's fault?I’ve seen this mentioned a few times. Surely this isn’t true? Sadly it wouldn’t come as a massive shock if it is.

The cut took out an entire substation. Lead time on parts to fix it was apparently months, rather than weeks.Depends how much work has to be done to repair the cable, may not have been a quick hole and rejoin, may have had to replace a whole stretch so expands the job massively. Not sure anyone has an idea where the fault was just been guesses so far
Think so. Probably realised it’s cheaper than getting the issue fixed and running off the mains. I’d suggest the club should decorate it but it’d just end up B&WIs this still a problem?
