How could SAFC improve match day experience ?

If the club do view this board what would you recommend the club did to make your visit to the SOL better ...off the pitch / commercial activities only ...

Cash machines inside the ground.
More of those roving beer sellers.
Stop serving pints 10 mins before start of match so people get in their seats.
Have pints pulled and waiting for half time to speed up the queues.
Keep bars open for an hour after the match like in the premier concourse.
Play Wise Men immediately after every win.
Play songs that we have adapted to Sunderland songs rather than whatever the fcuk was being played yesterday, helps create better atmosphere.
Free tickets for SC holders to the first rounds of both cups.

I'm sure there's many more ideas ...

The two that operate close to access 8 are utter divs.

First thing they need to do is stop putting that red ribbon up to stop you walking round the perimeter. It's so pointless and just angers fans for absolutely no reason. We walk from south stand round to north to avoid the flow of the crowd outside and these ribbon things are a right pain in the arse. Yesterday a steward even had the nerve to ask me where I was going when I stopped at a ribbon, I climbed under it and said 'home.
Just get out of the ground and walk like the rest of us. Rules is rules what makes you so special?

That does surprise me , you having an attitude, why can't you just comply like everyone else?

OMG please no.

Here marra it looks the knackers. Its not the sort of shite thats on NE shopfronts. Its more the stuff that trendy rich New Yorkers buy on hige canvases for their loft apartments as investments. Its all club approved designs submitted before theyre allowed anywhere near the place. Theyd obviously be doing it in the SS and not anywhere near the flask n blanket crowd like yersel.
My marra reckons his marra could get some pics set in to the SAFC hierarchy to see what they think.

Well I am. I'm supporting the lads then wanting to exit the stadium but the stewards make it difficult. It's fine just leave it how it is.

Bit of an assumption there like.

Bar 13 has a token system. Buy before the match then walk straight up to the token point and collect a pre-poured pint. Personally, I would like to see an outside bar area, a bit like the Travelodge at Wembley. I suspect that may well happen when the new hotel opposite the SoL opens.

Either show the whole game on the big screens or none of it... twatting pointless things... turning them off when anything happens

Sort the bloody PA system out its shite, play decent music that doesn't blast out so loud you have to shout to talk to the person next to you (or play no music give the crowd a chance to sing like they used too), and show all the match on the big screens not them daft adverts every time play stops.
