How could SAFC improve match day experience ?

If the club do view this board what would you recommend the club did to make your visit to the SOL better ...off the pitch / commercial activities only ...

Cash machines inside the ground.
More of those roving beer sellers.
Stop serving pints 10 mins before start of match so people get in their seats.
Have pints pulled and waiting for half time to speed up the queues.
Keep bars open for an hour after the match like in the premier concourse.
Play Wise Men immediately after every win.
Play songs that we have adapted to Sunderland songs rather than whatever the fcuk was being played yesterday, helps create better atmosphere.
Free tickets for SC holders to the first rounds of both cups.

I'm sure there's many more ideas ...

For me the speed at which beer can be sold should be the priority

Mobile bottle sellers
Faster beer pumps
Better organised concourse area

Would nail it

Some of those are good ideas like; I particularly like the no serving pints 10 mins before kick-off idea. I sit one row up from the middle, so it really annoys me
 
Install them beer pumps that can pull 8 pints at a time - will not happen though as the catering is franshised out & wouldn't be worth the investment for the caterers who could not care less how long fans queue for a pint

Cash machines definitely required as I ran out of money yesterday.
Roving would indicate anywhere and everywhere. They have a couple in SWC.
Pint pre pulled happens at most major events like concerts, rugby etc.
Keeping bars open might keep people at match. People leave cause it takes about 10 mins to get out if you are at the back of one of the stands. If you could hang around until it all dies down a bit I would certainly stay back. Watch the results coming insect.
Free tickets... Have you been to an early round of the cup.... There's nobody there!

I agree but the daft thing is people would buy more. I'd go back for a second pint if I had time to drink it and I'm not standing there holding two pints all half and having it knocked and split all the time. I know loads around me who don't bother with a pint at HT as it takes so long.
 
Keep tv's on and serve beer throughout game. If I want to watch the start of the second half from the concourse on the tv's cos it's taken me 10 mins to buy a pint it's my decision, I've paid to be there.
