I sang Sally MacLennane on stage with a backing band behind me, in Jack Meaths bar in Waterford on St Patricks day, around 20 years ago.
The place was packed out and I got a standing ovation for my efforts :cool: :p

I've also sang the Rod the Mod classic Maggie May, plenty of times on my travels. :D

Someone did this one last night at my house! (That was the reason I started the thread, really; I wanted a list of possibilities for me and my mates in case we ran out of ideas at any point :) )

I like the song AND it's an easy one to sing tbf.
