just admit the team isn't good enough best coach in the world wouldn't get this lot winning consistently
I'm not asking for us to be winning consistently. As for the ECB I wasn't criticising them regarding Stokes, they will have told Ben to do exactly what I've mentioned and for them it's been a perfect 48 hours. Expect him to be playing for England again soon. It's the luxury they have in been able to use counties for things like this. Back to Durham, as I've said i don't expect us to win consistently but I'm seeing no signs of improvement and certain failed lineups/bowling decisions been used time and time again. The more economical bowlers tonight and numerous times in the one day cup were not bowled out. We just seem to be learning nothing.

To be fair we have been asset stripped of most of our best players by the ECB and are rebuilding from a position of a rank average to poor div 2 side which will take time to develop players. As an example, Matt Salisbury was deemed not good enough by Essex and perceived by most Essex supporters as nothing more than a decent club quickie but seems to have done ok under Lewis.
