360 appraisals are utter bollocks. A complete waste of all the contributors time. My appraisal took about 5 minutes in 2017 and I haven't had one in 2018.
2017 went is everything ok for you since you started here a few months back?' 'Aye. I'd tell you if it wasn't' 'No bother then' 'Smashing, is that it?' 'Aye'.

Had an absolute field day a couple of years back with one where they suggested I wasn't fit enough. At the time I was cycling a 20 mile round trip rain or shine and had been for two years (no car). Which allowed me to pull the whole assessment and organisation to pieces - how can you trust anything else said?

I thoroughly enjoyed putting down on paper that I'd be looking for advice on improving my fitness from those who sat on their arses all year and got a better grade than I did. f***ing idiots man.

We write our own. They are just meaningless rubbish to sit on file. You could be the best employee in the world or the worst, the form has been filled in and that is all that counts.
