Wages - he is getting no wage at all currently, so isn't really in a strong bargaining position, however if we have a genuine interest in him, and other teams in the same league, or higher from abroad are in for him, then he will definitely not be coming here.

Well to be blunt, you're wrong on account of not talking about him had he not played for us, his attributes fit our needs perfectly. Granted the fact that he played for us makes it slightly more realistic that he may be tempted back.
Just because you don't understand something doesn't make it any less of a good idea.

Would be the missing piece of the midfield. Experienced defensive midfielder was the only thing in my opinion we missed getting in the summer. Would definitely do a job for us in the championship. Would love it to happen but very much doubt it will now.
Are you honestly trying to say that a 33 year old who's been playing most of his recent football in Turkey is going to be on everyone's radar? It's entirely because he played for us that he's being mentioned.

Would love to see him back here, but let's face it it's not happening with this lot running the show, Mvila would be a step up in class for the club, and may give the fans hope that we are going to try and chase down Leicester for the league title, nah, even if Yann only wanted 11 pounds an hour, and fish and chip supper, no way, do they move away from the Speakman/Harvey model.

At 33, he'll be expected to rotate with the players we have already, plus providing a good dose of experience to help the younger lads.
Looking at what our recruitment team have done over the past two year 'IF' they are indeed looking at M'vila, I think it'll be for footballing reasons over sentiment.
I am saying that the only real reason he’s getting talked about is because he used to play for us.
I very much doubt we’re interested.

He's had a decent enough career. He's 33, on a free, with a wealth of experince. I'd say he's probably on the list of a few who fit into that bracket.
We've brought other players in who are entering their later stages who've had no affiliation with the club. The fact he played here and seemed to enjoy it would only help our cause IF we were to be interested.
