I go there. Brilliant price (I still pay £9.99) and I go at about 16:00 Mon/Wed/Fri and it's still pretty quiet. Good free weight area and shitloads of cardio equipment. They'll probably give you a free day pass if you want to try it out cos they are pretty desperate for business a reckon.

It’s spot on, I only use it for cardio like as I train at Golden Leisure with my pals for weights. But as gyms go ya can’t get vexed for the price.
