Series X console was in stock, but only as part of bundle with an extra controller. I sat there refreshing the stand alone console so I missed it.

I tried both on two devices and still had no luck. Their web page ended up crashing.

Lad at work had 2 Xbox pre-ordered, they couldn’t fulfil so they emailed him with the offer of store credit to the value of £900 rather than cash refund. absolute woppers, he was raging.

He managed to get the cash refunded after ages on the phone but still had to wait 7 days for it.

I wouldn’t buy a plug off them.

Very was the same, and if ya look on Facebook marketplace it appears every shop did the same as it’s flooded with Xbox and PlayStation controllers
