Also take it Xbox gold live is included in the price of the game pass?

Yes. If you are going to get game pass. Top up with up to three years of gold first. Then upgrade it all to game pass for the cost of one week etc.
 
FFS paid 20 euro for dishonoured definitive edition there on PSN after enjoying Deathloop, forgetting to check gamepass where of course it is free.
