The fact they've made the MITB match a cinematic match is kinda cool.
Oh wow. The entire PPV only lasted 90 mins as opposed to the usual 3 hours.

That was absolutely f***ing rotten.
I'm going to assume these 2 things are linked. I hate the cinematic idea, its just awful. But I guess, with no crowds etc, I won't say its a bad idea right now. They gotta do *something*
Whole company has regressed back to 1995.

I watched Impact for the first time in around 10 years this week. It was alright, albeit some of the promo production was shockingly bad. Ken Shamrock is there and looks more of a badass than he did in WWF in 1998.
What is quite odd though, is that they were doing a storyline where Moose (I didn't know this guy before, he was a beast) had picked up the championship belt and was forcing the ring announcers to refer to him as the champ.
I am now watching AEW and Brodie Lee is doing the exact same thing.
Just in time then. I see the WWE are bringing back In Your House as an NXT Takeover show.
Can I ask Vince if they can use the old theme music since they have brought back much of the IYH logo?
Anyone else up to date with Dark Side Of The Ring? Herb Abrams episode has been my fave so far.
Aye definitely, think the Herb Abrams has been my favourite one so far.Similar concept, but a little different. Lee just randomly took that title from a reigning champ, whereas the real champ (a woman) in Impact is off screen due to the pandemic and 3 people fought for that (alternative) Moose title in the main event of an Impact PPV the other week, so he does have a bit more legitimacy to be parading himself as a champion. I thought they would have just ran with the 'TNA' belt until Tessa came back, but they are seemingly ignoring it and having a #1 contender tournament for the 'Impact' belt, where I guess down the line there will be a recognised champion vs champion bout to determine the undisputed champ. I've only seen 4 episodes of Impact mind, I decided to watch the 2 part Rebellion PPV 3 and 4 weeks ago, and have recorded the 2 most recent episodes on Impact since they are on freeview (I think) at 9pm on Weds and I tend to watch around 10/10.30ish and whizz through them in under an hour. When more sports start up again I'll soon be ditching it as I couldn't really say I'm enjoying it, and mainly watching for the sake of it.
It's good how there is a bit more direction and focus for the NXT shows now and something to build towards, but I originally only started getting into WWF/E in 1999 and only via the Sky One stuff - Livewire, Superstars etc. until Smackdown came on Sky One as I didn;t have Sky Sports then, so didn't really know much about In Your House, but the announcement generally seems to have been well received.
There'll be 3 AEW/WWE PPVs in the space of 4 weekends starting from May 23rd.
I thought the most recent Road Warriors / Legion of Doom episode was decent as well. Next weeks will be emotional.

Is there a single place I can find these, struggling a bit on youtube.I actually found the last couple of episodes of Dark Side to be the worst. The Herb one felt like they were struggling for material to me.
