Yes.

Everton are a good team, make no mistake about it.

big game for us

how many times after a big result have we fucked up, times are changing if we can go out there tomorrow night and put in a good performance

My daughter lives in Cyprus and goes back Wednesday.
She hasn't been to the SOL for 7 years but was a season ticket holder.
She'll be there tomorra so no we do not want a draw !
She was in the Woodmans, in Limassol to see us beat Chelsea with her home top on.( she was also in there for the Mugs debacle)
She was the only Mackem in there and there were plenty of Chelsea fans there.
The Woodman's is an Arsenal pub. They have their club crest on a wall and it is a really tasteful pub.
Arsenal beat Everton away early doors, and the Gooners were so impressed with our performance against Chelsea that they sent over bottles of champagne to the Mackem Lady.
So, No we don't want a draw and Yes if you are ever in Limassol drop into The Woodman's.

No one would accept a defeat, whats the point.
Question is would you take a point from the game before we kicked off.
Not knocking any "muppet clapper" (like you) who says no.
I just think after a brilliant result like we had at Chelsea, most teams put in a sub standard performance the next game.
If we win great, but like a lot of lads on this post, I think a draw would probably not be a disaster for safc.

No.

The game is winnable, although it will be anything but easy.

Everton are a good team with an excellent manager, held back only by lack of resources.

seems like some folk gettin above their station, we arnt THAT good yet, and everton have been up there for years, i'd like a win obviously but if a draw was to be taken then yeah that would still be seen as a decent result, and unbeated against all the top eight last year, onwards and upwards someone said, well to me that is progress
