People forget that he saved us when we were struggling in league 1 and spurred us on to promotion. It was Neil’s excellent tactics that allowed us to get promoted a couple of years back. He built the foundations that allowed us to finish in the playoffs last year, he only left us because he thought he took us as far as he could, now that he can see how great our team has become he will want to come back and it’s perfect for both of us
