Worst England Team in History?

We are playing 90s style cricket, with 90s style tactics with a 90s style selection theory, what do we expect to achieve by doing this? Silverwood needs to go along with this Sibley and the other brainwave of putting Hameed at 3. Root has carried our batting since Cook retired bar the odd display.
