Worst beer/lager?

That's fine. I am talking about the generic big lager producers. The first two are white beers, Becks is brewed in germany and will have no crap in it but I still think you would struggle to tell the difference between Becks and a similar strength lager.

As for Corona, it's just another bland bottled lager. IMHO.

Seriously I can, it is the only sort of Lager I drink when I am out if any at all as it is the only one I can stand unless there is Corona and I will have a couple of them.

I tend to stick to Guinness or ale though.

I would drink a cold fosters befor a lukewarm Becks/Peroni or whatever people prefer.

Proper lager is stored for a few months. The generic crap made by the big brewers is brewed and sold in a few weeks.

don't have to tell me that.. I drink guiness int he most part these days anyway interpsersed with the odd cooking lager or adnams ale.

at home its bottles of becks mind.

same with Magners.. ooo new drink.. in a pint with ice.. have a pint of blackthorn or woodpecker and bung some ice in and svae yourself a quid at the same time

or even better.. get a pint of cider take a git big gulp and then get them to add ice.. your getting your full pint then

I did some bar waitering many years ago at Butlins and mixed up the drinks on purpose. Nobody could tell the difference:lol:

Bass brewed Tennants and Carling a while, so they were pretty much the same drink.

There's nothing similar between the sweet piss that is Woodpecker, and the overly flowery Magners.

(UK) Bulmers is nice, and they have oversized glassed to allow for the ice.

I used to just collect galsses , restock fridges and change the barrels.

doddle it was and brilliant.. Worked in barnums showbar before deciding to go to Busby's nightclub.. didnt' start work till 8 at nigth 6 days a week.

all day to do bugger all

I worked in the staff canteen. Clearing tables. Then got overtime on the evening as a bar waiter. 10% of the order plus tips.

I was on £40 a week but could make £20 in an evening waitering.

It was a laugh like. Some of the people there were VERY strange:lol:

lots of nutters.. I sued to get about £55 a week I think plus my board and lodging but all the bar staff had to put 1-% of their tips into a pot and that woudl be split between us back of hosue lads so abotu a tenner a night.

I also used to do the trolleys some change over days helping peopel with luggages.. that was purely tips but you coul make 20-30 notes for 4 hours work

The Scots are very proud of their Tennents and believe their brand of fermented rat piss to be superior to equivalent brews of rat piss from other countries, but most of all so long as they can satisfy themselves it's better than English rat piss they will be happy.

I live amongst Scots and none of my mates would ever buy Tennants unless it was the last thing left in the shop, it's f***ing horrible.

I'd be surprised if it was the same stuff as Carling, very different tastes.
