"Worse than O'Neill"

Stoke are no longer a big aggressive long ball team. This is where pistons extremely basic tactical assessment falls over.

That's true, however last week showed that we'd struggle if it comes to a battle as when Rodwell made that foul for his yellow they showed they can still be very physical and it lifted them. They then dominated for a decent chunk of the game. True we were without Cattermole and had some in who wont be first choices but they still have a physical edge.

I'm sorry, its just your level of self importance leaves me unable to see any point that you're trying to make. Its literally jaw dropping at times.

Ah sorry, i thought you were disagreeing with what i thought would give us the best percentage chance of a result. If you agree with that then you can see i was correct.
My tactics are flexible to suit the opposition.
Basically i try and select a tactic that removes their recognised strength as a team. Then i try and force each individual on that team to play to their weakest sides. Do that over a full season and our sum will be greater than the individual parts. Take them away from their comfort zone.

Haven't got time. Too busy polishing the medals i won at top flight professional sport.
Apart from Brown and O'Shea, not many of the f**kers i'm watching have the same problem.
Did Brown and O'Shea play darts anarl like?

Probably not as bad as O'Neill but it's still shit to watch. Boring football.

It's really primitive stuff this mind. There's a reason you're not involved in the game at a professional level. You're unemployable.

I don't need to be employed in the game. My house was paid for long ago and so are my sports cars.
You don't think ive got time to go into a full depth breakdown for every team and every f**king game do you? It's very simple, give the opposition their least effective options.

It beggars belief that people can't see we are getting there and starting to look like a team who can win, pass and keep the ball. Obviously we aren't scoring enough but we ARE creating chances. The failure to finish those chances isn't down to Poyet or tactics. A new striker would have been very welcome but again that isn't down to Poyet, see Short and Congerton for that.

The number of complete arses who demand we "get it forward" then criticise us for losing possession when we do is staggering. To be fair we need to be able to show a change of pace between passing and keeping the ball and at times going for the quicker more direct approach. It's simple though the opposition cannot hurt you without the ball, so I would rather we kept it than gave it away cheaply. Add some goals to the mix and we will be flying.
You watched a different team to me, as soon as a team puts any sort of pressure onw e give it away
