"Worse than O'Neill"

To be fair you could add Scocco to that list as he was Poyet's signing. No longer with us though which suggests he was even worse than the four listed.

Add him if you want. We lost about 700k on that deal and he is the only one we could shift. How much do you think we will lose on the others who we and poyet are stuck with?

If you're really insisting that you never slated O'Neill until one month before he was sacked(as per your earlier post) then I'll just leave you too it. I know and you know, that you're talking complete bullshit. I can't really be arsed searching through thousands of your posts at this time of night but I'll make a point of looking when I've got more time if it makes you feel better.
Of course I criticised him, as I have with poyet. I never wanted him out though. Huge difference.

Some positives today, Jones was solid and a good debut, Vergini looks comfortable at CB although sometimes too casual .Alvarez looks the business, Catts having shots at goal.Buckley gaining in confidence.Fantastic crowd.
Onwards and upwards

We are boring as shite to watch like, never ever looked like scoring all season never mind today.

Heard this comment lots today.

*Worse football than O'Neill
*Worse start to a season than O'Neill

Supporters are fast working Poyet out.

just goals missing from the recipe

i think it's borini that we are truly missing

someone that can change pace quickly

or provide that final pass where our forwards are set up

for a tap in.

gus gets my vote

Like a stray dog with 3 legs walking into a lamppost, you're so utterly useless as a person that my instinct to laugh at you is tempered by a general sense of pity.

We have a thin squad but we some good players here now. For me it's down to selection and this stupid f***ing formation. Sort a way to get our quality players on the pitch and we'll win enough home games against the lesser sides to stay up.

What players are you referring to?

In terms of on the pitch? As many as we accommodate from the likes of Johnson, Gomez, Giac, Alvarez, Buckley. Basically our more creative players.b In terms of our good players in general almost all of them, we have very little shite here now.

Soun
Fat knacker behind me wants Poyet out like.

But then again the lad is clueless.

Gets quieter the louder he tries to shout :lol:
Sounds like a complete **** tbh

We might as well be playing nine across the f**king back. At least they wouldn't get in each others way when they're hoofing the f**king ball back into no-man's land.

The only time Poyet's team pass is when it doesn't f**king matter. Tippy tappy triangles between the defenders and keeper then f**king hoof.
Whatever it is that's portrayed in the brochures doesn't happen on the f**king pitch.
Fuck off. Gan suck Colback off

You said players aren't playing that should be or along those lines. I was just curious who you were referring to.

Alvarez isn't sharp/fit enough. Buckley started today. Do you mean Giaccherini and Gomez? If so, who would you bring them in for?

I'd probably look to change the set up. Right here and now Seb would go. Maybe even Rodwell. If it was a straight choice between bedding in Rodwell, or bedding in Alvarez I'd go with bedding the attacker in at home. Win one, lose one is better than draw two and self indulgent as it may appear I'm up to the back teeth with watching us act out a scenario in which we play out every season as if we're a newly promoted side.

Agreed.

We didn' t turn on oneill at all. Well some people might have as the football was turgid. Az a whole we didn't turn on him though.

The fans were still chanting his name up until the very end.

We didn't turn on Di Canio either.
