How do people go about doing multiple pizzas?

Bit of a clart on having to keep prepping and cooking whilst ya've got one sliced and ready.
We had some people round last weekend, and I did 7. My tomato sauce was made the day before, I had bought northern pizza company ready made dough balls, and toppings were all prepped in little bowls.

When one came out, it was sliced and put on a platter for people to help themselves. Stick another couple of sticks in the firebox, so 5-10mins for the fire to get going again, and let the flame die down a touch, which gave me time to get the next one ready to go in.

I also had the bbq going, so it was just a conveyor belt with food coming every 10mins or so for people to help themselves

how long do you leave the the Northern Dough company's dough to rise before using, mine don't seem to be rising when I'm cooking them at all. I defrost in the fridge for 24 hours then let them get to room temperature whilst still in the bags, maybe that's what I'm doing wrong

I use these regularly. I take them from the freezer and leave in the plastic bags for 4 hours at room temp. Works a treat
