I watched Lancs the other weeek at the Riverside in 50 over cup. When spinners bowling, it goes from WK to bowler, no messing. Don't half speed up overs. Spinners don't need the rest and usually prefer rhythm

Think limiting run-ups for fast bowlers would help the rythym of things? A 50 over innings shouldn't take more than 3 hours IMO.
