It is ridiculous but I'd always question why a pregnant mother would start a fight.
This is a country where if you go to burgle a house and your mate gets shot you can get the death penalty for his murder.
Pregnant lasses are perfectly stable and dont have hormones going all over the place that effect their reactions in some situations. It is ridiculous but I'd always question why a pregnant mother would start a fight.
Passion, anger, sense of wrongdoing... but if you are pregnant there is an even greater need to contain your emotions
This wouldn't have happened if the foetus had a gunShe could have had a gun.
Fetus would be in jail for shooting his mam though. This wouldn't have happened if the foetus had a gun
Yes, this is a conundrum.Fetus would be in jail for shooting his mam though.
What the fuck?
Sorry what's the issue?
I was responding to a question about why someone would start a fight, the obvious being if they were angry, felt wronged etc...
Are you suggesting its wrong to assume a pregnant woman wanting to protect her baby might not take a bit more precaution to controlling her emotions and avoid engaging in fisticuffs?
gun's don't killl, foetus' do...This wouldn't have happened if the foetus had a gun

Alabama justice unfairly harsh on THIS person? I’m shocked, I tell you - shocked!
How many pregnant women have you met?
"Let’s not lose sight that the unborn baby is the victim here,’’ Reid said. “She had no choice in being brought unnecessarily into a fight where she was relying on her mother for protection."
The 5-month fetus was "dependent on its mother to try to keep it from harm, and she shouldn’t seek out unnecessary physical altercations,” Reid added.

The shooter should be charged with manslaughter too. She shot two people, under their law. Maybe she can claim self-defence for shooting the mother, but she also shot the baby who was not attacking her in any way, so she can't claim self-defence in that case. Be like shooting through an innocent bystander to get at the person who was menacing you. Can't have it both ways.
