Her being pregnant doesn’t change that fact.

It depends what you class as necessary force. If the person felt their life was at risk and the only way to end that risk was shooting her then they achieved what they wanted.

What if it was a police sniper shooting a bank robber held a hostage against themselves. The sniper takes the shot but they pull a hostage in the line of fire.
Should the sniper be charged for murder for killing an innocent bystander?
