That was back in May. Maybe things have changed since then Can't imagine them converting a whole stand then not being able to use it.

It says ready to be operated further down the line, it looks as though they're just future proofing.

It’s a brave move as it’s by no means certain it’s use will be allowed. Unless they know something we don’t. It’s a large investment to make on a hunch.

Apparently Spurs have also installed some in their new stadium. You'd imagine they must have heard its likely to be allowed.

I assume they can lock them down in the seated position then or every fecker that has one is going to stand up!

Was reading about this the other day...it's a stand in which everybody stands up anyway. So the seats won't be locked up, so the option to sit is technically there but everyone will stand anyway. It'll be unofficial safe standing.
