I think his days as an England first choice maybe over . However if Anderson and broad retire next summer, he might get a recall.
When he was on commentary earlier in the summer talking about his injuries I thought it sounded odd/bad for him. Suggested there were a couple of things that they weren't quite sure why they happened and that it was taking a lot longer than expected to recover from them. May just be that his body is giving up on him. May be that this injury is totally unrelated, just one of those things and he'll play for another 4 or 5 years.
