Windscribe VPN

Hi, having some problems connecting to the VPN so would appreciate any help...

I downloaded Windscribe and can use the menu to switch between different countries. But when I try to view BBC UK (I am actually abroad), then I get a message saying this content (FA Cup goals) is not available in your region.

Any idiot proof help would be very much appreciated, thanks.
 


When I lived in the USA I used a different VPN but got the 'content not available in your region' message when trying to view the BBC. I contacted the help desk of the VPN supplier and got a reply saying the BBC was always attempting to block the use of VPNs and to wait for an upgrade. But I left the USA before a new version was supplied.

used to get the 10gb a month when I first got it and it used to use next to nothing watching a match. There was an new version message on for weeks which i ignored but eventually succumbed a couple of weeks back. The new versions meter spins down faster than a London cab and doesn't seem to refresh the 10gb. Only got 0.5gb left now. Usually turn it off as soon as connected but that doesn't always work now either
