And we are 1 point away from getting out of the relegation zone, yes 10 points at this stage of the season is shit but saying we are down is jumping the gun. 2 wins on the bounce and everything looks different, the team is improving all the time, lets behind the lads and see if we can pull ourselves out of this shit!

    Fook off man !!

We couldn't beat Norwich, Fulham, Palace, WBA, Hull ......

Now, they are bad teams. Sadly, we are worse.

This - we've had a 3/4 results which should have turned our season round then we've chucked in something abject straight away. I'm also worried that Gus doesn't seem to be able to leave the team alone we are never going to have a settled side.

There's nowt more certain over the Christmas period than an Everton Boxing Day win over Sunderland...

Yesterday was the blue print for the rest of the season.

Early goal, one before h/t and the cap it off on 70 mins. 3 points, do that another 7 or 8 times and job-diddly-done. Now I don't know where to look.

the trouble is Palace had two winnable games, they won them both and got back in the mix with the others, we had two winnable games and didn't win either.

Shame no-one's won at Goodison Park in the entire calendar year. Excepting Everton, of course. I'd love to see us be the ones to spoil the party, but I doubt we will be. Reckon this could be a tougher game than even the Spurs and Chelsea league games this season.

Fook off?? Hang on while I think about that.... erm no

We beat man city and the scum in league, Chelsea in the cup..... aye we have had some shit results and relegation is a real possibility but plenty of points to play for.

There are about 11 points in there we should have picked up already this season. That would have left us a win behind everyones new favourite team, Southampton. And thats not including the extra 2 points we should have held onto at St. Mary's, or the 2 points that were there for the taking at Villa or Upton Park. If we'd got all them as well it would have left us a point behind Man Utd at Christmas. Not saying all that should have happened, but it does go to show, you only need a couple of thing to go for you and your season looks completely different.

As much as I want to disagree...you're right. There's a reason we couldn't beat those teams and it's because our current squad is terrible. Not a single player among them is up to a relegation battle.

Win the next game, away to everton? Haway man, not going to happen. Might have a better chance against cardiff, but we can't score goals and without brown, we've seen how dodgey we are at the back.

Exactly, you look at some of the shit decisions we have had, not saying we would be top half or anything like that but we would have been 6 or 7 points better off and things would be looking different.
Didnt think we were going to beat city or Chelsea but....... maybe not against Everton, it was mote to point out we are far from relegated.
