Win on Tuesday

Mowbray never did either
That's my point, it's not like we need to rush into an appointment so he has time to decide who he wants to sign in January. The way the model is means if he is getting results and performances then make sense to give him a crack whilst they make sure they make the right decision.

You could see him arguing with Dan neil today after he left the right side completely empty when he put mayenda on. It caused us to concede.

It’s only one game, but tactically he was almost perfect today with that set up/ approach.

He seemed to address everything us lot have been whinging about last few weeks.

Full backs, defensive midfield, better tempo, the press was back……

Last time I’ll say it as I’ve said it in numerous threads - I was very very impressed by that today.

You can win or lose a game on a stroke of luck, I wouldn't be letting that decide if he's head coach or not. Clearly he's a well liked coach, no need for us to panic, but Speakman needs to appoint the right long term man.

Jesus wept...
It would be a monumentally stupid appointment. We absolutely need to get this right, and KLD and Speakman are far too savvy to make such a daft knee jerk decision.
They did very well with the previous two appointments, we're sixth in the table, no way will they mess that up now.

.. Agree, and wouldn't want him as TM .. But it was no luck. We won despite three or four poor decisions by the officials..

Get the win and he can stay on as assistant, wouldn't want him to take charge. I guess that's upto the next head coach though if he wants him to stay or not.
