What do our resident Mags think and what will Hughton say?
i agree with hughton. i mean guthrie, nolan and barton have all had these sort of charges for offences that were perfectly innocent.Hughton: "Mike is a top bloke and hasn't got a malicious bone in his body. He's never fallen foul of the law before and probably won't ever again. Frustration probably got the better of him on this occasion. I don't think you can say the incident carried malicious intent."

"Elamander needs to be careful where he is running. Williamson was hardly moving and Elmander was trying to win a free kick out of nowt. I'm sure the ref saw it because he kept watching what was going on but never flinched in awarding anything."
and carroll and guthrie, and nolan, and barton probablyDidn't he say virtually the exact same thing about Collocini only a short while previously?![]()
I watched the ref post 'tackle' and he saw what happened. He was running and kept looking across then running then looking back. I doubt at the time he saw anything malicious because he would like nothing better than waving his red card.

Of course his get out of jail card is suggesting he saw nothing . . .
